The Police Academy Museum in New York offers a unique collection of objects relating to the New York City Police Department. This includes objects used both by the good guys and the bad guys, including firearms, badges, counterfeit money and more. Learn about the department’s history and the development, trials, tribulations, and celebrations of New York City’s finest through exhibits, lectures, public programs, and more.

Travel By Bus: M1, M6, M15 lines to 25 Broadway (at Morris Street).
Travel By Train: The Museum is located within short walking distance from the Rector Street Station of the West Side IRT 1 Line, the Broad Street Station of the BMT J, M, and Z lines, and the Bowling Green Station of the East Side IRT 4 and 5 Lines.
Travel By Commuter Railroad: Long Island Rail Road to either Penn Station or Flatbush Avenue Station.
From Flatbush Avenue take the IRT 4 or 5 train bound for Manhattan the Bowling Green Station. The Museum is one block North on the left. From Penn Station, take the IRT 1 or 9 train bound for Brooklyn to the Rector Street Station (in Manhattan). The Museum is one block East and two blocks South.
PATH to World Trade Center. Walk one block east to Broadway, then South to 25 Broadway.
